Worthen Extruded Films produces high-performance thermoplastic films. High-performance polyurethane films are used in various specialty applications that demand superior toughness, flexibility, flame retardancy, weather ability, chemical resistance, and/or adhesive characteristics. Applications range from fabric-to-fabric lamination, hems, waistbands, plackets, stitchless seams, and decorative embellishments. We are innovative and solution-driven for our customers’ unique challenges in a wide range of markets, such as sportswear, outerwear, intimates, fashion, and activewear.

Our ‘Stitchless’ adhesives have been specially formulated for bonded applications in lingerie/intimates, sportswear/activewear, athleisure, swimwear, and outerwear. This diverse product portfolio will exceed your requirements including–very soft hand feel, stretch and recovery, modulus, high bond strength. Our technical services include in-depth onsite and offsite technical & application support, staff training & comprehensive lab support (Testing of wash durability, tensile strength, modulus & recovery).
